I'm Eleni (like Melanie, without the ‘M’) — a creative producer and coordinator in sunny Temecula, CA. I turn big visions into real, seamless, high-impact projects — all powered by a whole lot of strategy and soul.

My creative foundation is built on movement, rhythm, and collaboration. As a lifelong dancer (BFA training & certified teacher!), I learned early how to adapt, perform under pressure, and understand the complexities of a successful ensemble. That physical and emotional intelligence flowed into my professional life — first in the dynamic world of the LA music industry, then the mega-corp world, and now into my freelance specialization.

Today I focus on the nuts and bolts of production coordination and strategic planning — from fun events and complex creative projects to meticulous product photography shoots. I'm the one who makes sure your project doesn't just launch — it flows.

My x-factor? My approach is guided by my work as a holistic life coach and my dedication to high emotional intelligence and integrity. The best work only happens when collaborators feel supported and authentically heard — not shying away from accountability, reality, and hope. I like to call it realistic optimism.
